Since 8-9 months in portage - works fine on my local amd64 machine and stable php (5.1.6).

Also with the current stable php (5.1.6), PEAR-Benchmark-1.2.4 throws warnings:

Strict Standards: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/share/php/PEAR.php on line 563

Strict Standards: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/share/php/PEAR.php on line 566

These warnings are gone with PEAR-Benchmark-1.2.6
