With the "vorbis" use-flag enabled, GnomeBaker 0.5.1 (latest in stable) fails to burn audio CD's from ogg vorbis files, complaining that, "There is no element present to handle the stream's mime type application/ogg." On bugday I tried to reproduce this. I used 0.5.1-r2 and was able to burn several ogg vorbis files to an audio CD successfully.
I just reemerged gnomebaker today and tried to burn some oggs, but still got the same old error. Is it possible that there's a break in some dep? Where/how can I find more information that would be useful in reproducing this bug?
Upgrading to 0.6.1 seems to fix this
>Where/how can I find more information What does "gst-inspect-0.8 vorbis" say? (run with the same account you're having trouble with) Do you get the same after running gst-register-0.8? (again with the same account you're having trouble with)
To clarify myself, I suspect the "There is no element present to handle the stream's mime type application/ogg." error came from an incomplete/corrupted gstreamer 0.8 plugin registry (possibly in your homedir), hence my (and Chris') inability to reproduce this bug.
gnomebaker 0.6.x got this bug fixed. So Closing the bug Thanks
