From what I can see, this is an SDL::Perl problem, but the only time I notice it is with Frozen Bubble. When not running fullscreen, clicking the X on the window should close the application. I now have dozens of users trained to "keep pressing ESC until it disappears" but it's annoying to have to keep training the new ones.

use 2.1.0. We're not patching the 1.0 series for this.
