I have mastered the first two session on a CD with -multi option to cdrecord (app-cdr/cdrtools), and when i try to burn the 3rd session i get a kernel read error. The command i give and the output are:

notebook ~ # mkisofs -RJ -C `cdrecord dev=/dev/hdc -msinfo` -M /dev/hdc -o test.iso Desktop
mkisofs: Input/output error. Read error on old image

notebook ~ # dmesg

The same disk and hardware don't fail if i use the command:

Shrug... Go try w/ app-cdr/cdrkit

Also cdrkit have the same problem.
Maybe the problem is in the kernel or udev modules?
The last configuration without this problem was cdrtools-2.01.01a01, gentoo-sources-2.6.12, udev-0.60.

Thanks

Well, if you can reproduce this w/ >=cdrtools-2.01.01_alpha34 and/or cdrkit-1.1.6 then reopen this bug. Thanks.
