When I post new data to an existing bug (not opened by me), bugzilla enters my  
data with my login password (rather than userid or name) as the source of the 
submission.  Example, #14556.  I am kde123.  Not very secure.

Yeah, I definately don't see this. If this continues, please report upstream to bugzilla.mozilla.org as this is something we cannot fix.
