There is currently one in the gentopia overlay, but now that networkmanager is in the official portage tree, it would be nice to have the vpnc plugin in as well. Thanks!
Those are currently snapshots, and there hasn't been any releases. I would suggest using the overlay's ebuilds if you need them. I am hesitant to add them to Portage, so I am going to resolve this as Later while awaiting an actual release.
