Might it be possible to add a manpages local USE flag to the ati-drivers ebuild? The "man:" phase takes an irritatingly long time, and it would be nice to set -manpages and have it skipped entirely. The default would be to have it on.

Thoughts?

manpages are not optional, that's about it... If you don't want them, we have FEATURES="noman"
