If possible, I'd like to add a new ebuild for VCP-Dest-svk.  It's needed to add support for VCP to dev-util/svk, and is used for mirroring CVS and Perforce repositories.

This was discussed briefly on the gentoo-perl mailing list in October:

As noted in bug 156846, VCP is no longer supported as of SVK 2.0.0.  No reason to add this then.

I believe this also makes dev-perl/VCP-autrijus a candidate for removal from Portage.
