this is another dvb streaming application;
note this is not media-tv/dvbstream although similar name...

- it can stream over udp, which media-tv/dvbstream can only do
  in cvs (udp capable version was never released - and moreover,
  acording to its author's notes in mplayer-dvb list - it never will be),
- it also uses standard channels.conf file :-)
