I'm submitting this ebuild for testing. 
I'm not sure how to actually submit it though since this is my first time.

electric-6.07 ebuild

this is a new ebuild from the gnu website.  it is a schematic capture program
and should probably go into the app-sci folder.  enjoy!

Yes, this is a correct way to do a submission.
The ebuild is Ok, I did few cleanups, but nothing major. Most importantly - quite often packages would have README ChangeLog and maybe something else. It is good to installe them as well (I added the corresponding dodoc to ebuild).

The ebuild is committed, please test.
