I wrote a simple init.d script for net-misc/nstx; maybe you'll want to include it in the ebuild :)

I decided to write *one* script (which can be utilized for both client and server mode) as most people won't run a client /and/ a server on the same machine.

See the script for configuration (IP, Domain, etc.). It will create a sample configuration file upon first start [I'm not used to writing init.d scripts so I don't know if this is allowed?!]

This bug has been hanging around entirely too long, and I wasn't entirely satisfied with the init script provided (or nstx itself) ... I updated a bunch of things and stuck them in bug 262765.
