enhanced ebuild commited to the tree, thanks all.

archs, please do your keywording magic, target keywords for now are:
~amd64 ~ia64 ~ppc ~ppc64

to match those from gthumb.

on leio and mr_bones_ suggestion, I've fixed the QA warnings while waiting for the keywords. Please not that I use.masked iptc in the following files

looks like you need to use disable-nls instead when nls is not wanted
