Build Identifier: 

Since I use KDE, I'd like to use Ex Falso, a tagging program packaged with 
Quod Libet (media-sound/quodlibet) without pulling in all of Quod Libet's 
gstreamer dependencies.

Therefore, I'd appreciate if you could provide a separate ebuild for Ex Falso, 
similar to the way Debian provides a separate package to it. Thanks!

We are not splitting packages without a good reason (such as breaking circular dependencies, solving collisions etc.) You disliking the dependencies is not a good reason for providing a redundant package and the additional maintenance burden related to this, sorry.
