Description Jon Nelson (RETIRED) 2003-02-12 15:32:49 UTC
xine-lib-0.9.13-r2.ebuild:29: arts? ( kde-base/kdelibs )

But arts does not require kdelibs, thus, xine-lib does not require kdelibs.
I feel strongly that to install xine-lib with arts but without qt should not
necessitate the build and install of a *huge* package (kdelibs).

BTW, I think all this started with the kdelibs-3.1-r1 fix which moved the
KDEDIRS (or something like it). I had a first failure doing that upgade which
I later found in the changelog "almost no one care about", which appearently
had something to do with my environment didn't get updated properly by the
ebuild or I possibly failed update files in /etc

I just can't remember there was any as I use to be very careful always update
files in /etc and after the whole re-emerge of kde there was no files either
in /etc needed to be updated, hmm.

Fair enough, fixed.
Thanks.
