Thanks for reporting, I forgot a commit, it's fixed now.
Will this solve the whole problem ? There is another part that is no addressed by the new bug summary. libkipi, kaffeine or kiosktool want to install kde-base/kde-env which is incompatible with kdelibs (I think it's because they have "inherit kde" and "need-kde 3.x" with x<5 in the ebuild). Should that be reported in another bug ?
