Chapter 8 talks about that stage 1 is already on cd. Stage 2 and 3 you have to download. Then some download instructions are given. When done that, you arrive at chapter 9. The chap is about unpacking the stage file. There is being said that you can obtain stage 2 and 3 via one of the bigger cd's.
