Hello! 
 
Here you can find an ebuild for the german fortune cookies mentioned in the german gentoo-wiki.com section: 

http://84.16.231.43/~werner/fortune-mod-de_utf8-20061101.ebuild

It would be nice if it would make its way into the official portage and be included in the fortune-mod-all ebuild.

Please review the ebuild, as it is my first one ;-)

The line:
HOMEPAGE="http://de.gentoo-wiki.com/GlÃ¼ck_beim_Login"
should be changed. "GlÃ¼ck" just tips bad in firefox (and others). Also the tar.gz should have a date or a version number, shouldn't it?

Does this package still exist? Where is its homepage/download location?
Is it identical to "fortunes-de" in debian: http://packages.debian.org/source/sid/fortunes-de
