I've made the ebuild for the GemPC410 smartcard reader. please review the ebuild
and consider the inclusion in the tree.

Committed sys-apps/ifd-gempc. Someone has tested it on the serial version. If you have a usb version can you please check it. I did somethings to it that may make it not work and will correct if it fails for you. Please let me know who it works.

Alberto - please test sometime and let me know if ifd-gempc works for you?
