I am running a mixed system, both stable and unstable x86. I am running the unstable versions of KDE(3.5.5-r5 and GNOME (2.16.1). I have noticed that when I run a KDE application the icon is very small (just a small blip in the notification area). Oh forgot to mention this is the Notification Area in Gnome not KDE. They work fine in KDE.
