Would be nice if we add mjpegtools by default to Transcode ebuild, this is now the defualt behaviour in other distros like Fedora Transcode RPM's. Many dvd apps use it such as any2dvd, maybe a poor example I choose here. It might be good to turn on majority of other useful options such as network etc. by default also.

mjpeg
Global: Enables mjpegtools support
Local: Enables mjpegtools support

[ebuild R ] media-video/transcode-1.0.2-r2 USE="X dvdread gtk jpeg mp3 mpeg ogg quicktime sdl truetype vorbis xml (-3dnow) -a52 (-altivec) -dv -extrafilters -fame -imagemagick -lzo -mjpeg (-mmx) -network (-sse) (-sse2) -theora -v4l2 -xvid" 0 kB

Please, don't restrict bugs without any reason. Just leave the checkboxes alone.

As for this bug. it can't be done until per-ebuild default flags can be used in the tree.
