this adds support for opensearch to much of our website ... if you want to see some examples of how this works, use firefox-2.0 or IE7 and go to some of these pages:

http://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/
http://dev.gentoo.org/~vapier/

in the search toolbar in the upper right of the browser, you should be able to add the searches that the website exports ... here is a screen shot as well:

I thought using 4 different .ico files would be nice

so how do we get the forums updated as well ?  file a new bug ?
