Oh, I just had a closer look, and it appears that I do actually have dev-libs/libofx-0.8.0-r1 installed already, but the configure script isn't picking it up for some reason.
Nevermind, I re-emerged libofx and the problem magically went away. I guess my libofx install had gotten corrupted somehow.
