mjpegtools is used by some multimedia packages such as transcode, kipi-plugins and so on...
On x86 plateform with "mmx" USE flag, jpeg-mmx is a dependancy of mjpegtools.
Masking jpeg-mmx for treecleaner breaks this dependancy.

Please, remove this (optional) dependancy in the mjpegtools ebuild !

A workaround is currently to disable mmx USE flag for mjpegtools package.
