Description Michal Suchanek 2006-11-04 06:54:19 UTC
I have extracted the readme file from the distribution tarball and prepared a sort file according to the readme. However, the order of the files is not affected by the sort file in any way. I was running mkisofs with -v -v option to show the file order.

What I am trying to do:

I got a directory n (for the n-th medium), and directories like
n/A dir
n/Another dir

If I put
n/A dir +5
into the sort file files under "A dir" should get burned first according to the docs (or last if I put -5 there). However, the files are sorted in arbitrary order (the directory entries that were created earlier are sorted earlier) without regard to the sort file. I tried with and without n/, with and without +, and with - to reverse the order but none makes any difference for me.

Please send this upstream, we don't patch any such thing.
