Description Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-11-03 03:33:24 UTC
This is a sequel to Bug 118022 and Bug 132448.

After upgrading to 0.96.92, people still have lots of orphaned py[co] files left over on system by <=scons-0.96.1. See attached patch that should wipe this on upgrade.

Created attachment 101133 [details, diff]
scons-0.96.92-r1.ebuild.diff

- wipe orphaned junk
- also inherit multilib explicitely

Thanks Jakun, now in CVS. Would you be interested in taking over scons maintainership, since I'm no longer actively using it?

Cheers,

Tom

Ewwwwww... /me runs :) Sorry, I just hate scons, this was a random patch... :)

Just change metadata.xml to maintainer-needed@g.o. if you don't want to touch the thing any more.

Uh, I don't think straight. Please, move the thing to pkg_postinst(), has_version obviously won't work in prerm. Sorry. :/

Thanks Jakub, now in CVS.
