hi,

I'm installing Xfce4-4.4RC1 and it appears I need the gnome-base/librsvg library to complete the install of xfwm4-9999 ebuild. 
Indeed I had an Error which says that "rsvg command was unknow". I'm sorry I can't     
put the exact error message because I continued the install after installing the missing library.
I think it's a missing dependency.

Without any further information, I'm inclined to closing as NEEDINFO or INVALID.

This doesn't seem to be a problem with 4.3.99.2. Tested by unmergin librsvg, and attempting to build xfwm4. I believe this suggests that it was fixed upstream.
