might be placed better in /usr/share/doc/postfix

Reproducible: Always

I have updated postfix-2.0.3 in portage to put this file in the docdir.

Please undo this change, it breaks postfix. From the post-install comments:

# At Postfix start-up time, the script is run from "postfix check" to
# create missing queue directories.

Without this file, "postfix check" and "postfix start" FAIL. I edited my
copy of the ebuild file to remove the line that moves this file, rebuilt
postfix, and now things are purring along nicely. (This is a new install,
by the way -- anyone who upgraded from an earlier install probably wouldn't
have noticed this problem because they would have had an older version of
post-install in their /etc/posfix dir.)
