Description Alex Rudnick 2003-02-08 23:12:56 UTC
I was hoping that there would be an ebuild for one of my favourite mp3 players,
amp, but found that there wasn't one... so I put one together :) Comments and
criticisms are extra-welcome, and if you like this, I'd be very much honoured
for this to get stuck in media-sound/amp in the Portage tree. The attached file
amp-0.7.6-ebuild.tgz should have everything necessary -- the ebuild and a patch
to make "make install" work properly. My friends and myself have tried this on a
few different machines, and it Works For Us.

Thanks muchly!

Sorry about the junk mail. There are two many mp3 players called Amp.

I'm happy to add this once i can determine what the license is. Is it really "Free"? In debian it's in "non-free"... Any ideas?
Comment 3 J. Ellis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-03-08 20:17:56 UTC
Commited. The license is "as-is" which appears to be the most appropriate.

Thanks for the submission!
