There exist collision between dev-perl/Msql-Mysql-modules-1.2219-r2 and dev-perl/DBD-mysql-2.9007:

I think the short answer on this one is why are we still providing Msql-Mysql-modules? All we are installing from it is the DBD-mysql bundle, and that's severely outdated. I'm adding web-apps to this bug since metadot is the only package that depends on it, and it depends on both of them at that. I move that we drop the worthless one.
