it depends on gtk, which deps on glib. can you provide the output of the following commands: pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0 pkg-config --modversion gobject-2.0 pkg-config --modversion libxml-2.0
(In reply to comment #1) > it depends on gtk, which deps on glib. > That is DEPEND, not RDEPEND, so it will fail for example when gtk is merged from a binpkg on a clean stage3. It's an issue I've hit a lot with automated compiles :-)
(In reply to comment #2) > (In reply to comment #1) > > it depends on gtk, which deps on glib. > > > That is DEPEND, not RDEPEND No, it is a RDEPEND. But that doesn't happen if you don't have gtk USE flag on, however logjam configure.in always wants glib, gthread and gobject, regardless of --enable-gtk for livejournal.c or some such. So we should add glib to RDEPEND regardless of gtk USE flag. Earlier than 4.4.1 versions don't even have a RDEPEND block, but I believe these can be cleaned out instead? Not familiar with this package myself..
thanks, in cvs.
