it depends on gtk, which deps on glib.

can you provide the output of the following commands:
pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0
pkg-config --modversion gobject-2.0
pkg-config --modversion libxml-2.0

That is DEPEND, not RDEPEND, so it will fail for example when gtk is merged from a binpkg on a clean stage3. It's an issue I've hit a lot with automated compiles :-)

No, it is a RDEPEND. But that doesn't happen if you don't have gtk USE flag on, however logjam configure.in always wants glib, gthread and gobject, regardless of --enable-gtk for livejournal.c or some such.
So we should add glib to RDEPEND regardless of gtk USE flag.
Earlier than 4.4.1 versions don't even have a RDEPEND block, but I believe these can be cleaned out instead? Not familiar with this package myself..
