- current stable version won't compile w/ >=gcc-3.4 (Bug 136701) - even the latest one doesn't compile w/ gcc-4.x (Bug 141217) - other compile problem - Bug 137018 - neither version is ported for modular X
There are compilation problems with uae-0.8.25 thus it's impossible to bump version. But upstream (Bernd) answered me today that he'll find some time and fix them. After that I'll bump new version. Currently I'll mask it because versions in the tree are many times broken. antarus: I hope you don't mind if I modify comments you did in package mask on 28 Oct 2006?

pva - please take this one; I've opened a retirement bug for dholm.
jakub: I've already worked on uae and found that it contains many compilation problems(more than reported in our bugzilla). As I told I've contacted upstream. They promised to help but still are silent. I think I'll set deadline on 01/02/07 (when Christmas/happy new year pass) and either I'll fix bugs by myself or remove package (depends on comparison with e-uae).
Cool, thanks...
Deadline is long past. Treecleaners, do your deed.
Well, -r1 is from 16 feb 2007.
Peter is active and responsive. Whether he wants to keep or remove it is up to him. This is not a treecleaner issue.
A new upstream release (0.8.26) is available as of now.
Bernd, thank you for heads up. I just mailed you with some problems... Actually I did not manage to compile it with sdl, while seems that sdl is the first default to be compiled with.
And now uae is unmasked. Try it, report bugs, if any ;)
