Description Alon Bar-Lev (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-10-28 02:57:47 UTC
Hello,
When using gimp text, while writting text, press <enter> then <backspace> gimp segfault.
The problem is within gtk+ and not in gimp.
Upgrading to gtk+-2.8.20-r1 solved this issue.
Please consider updating gimp dependencies.
Thanks!

I did this in 2.3.12, but can't do in 2.2.12, because that's stable on most archs and gtk+-2.8.20-r1 isn't.

However, it's not really a bug on gimp, force gtk-team to stabilize their stuff.
