Hello, I would like ask about feature for net-analyzer/darkstat version 3 (and maybe 2, as well). The idea is to allow to start multiple darkstat daemons, listening on different interfaces, by simply creating symlinks to /etc/init.d/darkstat and adding corresponding /etc/conf.d/darkstat.* config.

The comment about how to start another daemon (in the way similar to creating a new network interface). Can be included in /etc/conf.d/darkstat config. ############################################################################## # In order to run multiple darkstat daemons on different interfaces # 1. Create a link to /etc/init.d/darkstat with suffix '.<interface>' added: # # ln -s /etc/init.d/darkstat /etc/init.d/darkstat.<interface> # # 2. Copy /etc/conf.d/darkstat file with the same suffix added, and # # 3. use -p option to change the port embedded webserver should bind to # (default: 667). #
Please, don't restrict bugs without any reason. Just leave the checkboxes alone.

Here is an improved init script for version 3. As this version doesn't need a spool dir.
