Glade 3.0.2 is out, so I bumped the ebuild and I did same other changes:

 - Version bump to 3.0.2
 - Added devhelp use flag, that allow glade to be built with devhelp support
 - declare G2CONF variable out of pkg_setup, because in that way it had no effect
 - Removed ~alpha and ~ppc64 because dev-util/devhelp hasn't these keywords

could we get the 3.0 branch back into portage, as 3.1 is explicitly marked as development version by upstream?

I would like this too. Additionally, 3.1.4 has a nasty bug with ImageMenuItems screwing up my whole application - and 3.0.2 works.
