Ebuild for torque-2.1.5. Ebuild for torque-2.1.2 already exist but the rc
init script doesn't works with the new PBS spool directory.

I've bumped it, but I do not understand your changes to the init script. The latest openpbs-common accounts for /var/spool/PBS. If you have further changes to it, please make a _minimal_ diff of the changes and file a new bug with them.
