While this is implied in the locale.gen section further down, some people seem to be missing this. The localization guide should mention where to find what locales are currently installed (I feel in the "What are locales?" paragraph, after mention of the format they take would be best).

Either a pointer to the locale.gen section or mention of the "locale -a" command would do the trick.
