Description Wolfgang Müller 2006-10-22 02:28:54 UTC
I find it very counterintuitive, that using the mp3 use flag is not enough for getting mp3 to work with xine. I had to use +mad in order to make mp3 sounds playable from xine. I guess this also makes other people loose some time, so it would be good to provide some default mp3 decoding if mp3 is in the use flags.

I guess this will be an easy fix. Thanks for your work, guys.

This behaviour was changed just yesterday, 1.1.2-r2 enable mp3 support with mad useflag enabled, 1.1.3* has again mad useflag but it decodes MP3 files without that.
