The generated tarball is at http://dev.gentoo.org/~jkt/vim-spell-cs-20061021.tar.bz2, ebuild will be attached. Works for me on an x86.

This ebuild has been added to CVS. Metadata.xml lists you as maintainer, vim as the herd. There's a full description in English as well. If you could provide me with a Czech translation, I'll include it, too.

As Bugzilla sucks when it comes to non-ascii characters, I've made an attachment. Please also note that I don't have commit access to the gentoo-x86 repo (wrt maintainership).

I know, but you'd be much more able to fix any bugs in the translation than I would be. Just be sure vim@gentoo is cc-ed on the bugs and when you've resolved them, we'll commit the fixes. It's kinda like a proxy maintainership.

I've applied your second metadata.xml patch as well.
