Machine is Barton 2000MHz, with 700g CU cooler on it, 1GB RAM, 250GB SATA disk, 10GB swap. It is absolutely stable - never had any problem with random build failures, compiled OOo several times on it. It also survives hours of memtest86+ and prime, disk and controller was extensively tested for any problems by copying large files and comparing checksums and everyting was also ok.

Can you reproduce it, i.e. does it fail at *exactly* the same place again?

On a side-note:

-funit-at-a-time is redundant, it's enabled by default w/ -O2/-O3
-fvisibility-inlines-hidden - remove this nonsense before filing any bugs
