dev-perl/gnome2-wnck depends on dev-perl/glib-perl which in turn depends on dev-util/pkgconfig
went ahead and added the dep, mostly so folks doing buildpkg compiles will get the dep too (I happen to agree with Yuval on this one, you can't build the deps for this package without pkgconfig already being built)
