Description ainu 2006-10-20 08:07:31 UTC
hello, this is my first bug report. so I hope everything is correct.

after updating to gaim-2.0.0beta4 the gaim-libnotify ebuild 0.11 doesn`t work anymore.

error: undefined symbol:
gaim_conversation_get_send_history

in /usr/lib/gaim/gaim-libnotify.so

seems like they changed something in gaim

greetings

Not gnome.
Also, these are all masked versions. Try to just recompile gaim-libnotify to fix the symbol issue (or try revdep-rebuild)

New upstream version 0.12 available, copying the ebuild works fine.

I can confirm that.

old versions of gaim-libnotify till 0.11 doesn`t work for gaim-2.0.0beta4. there was an api change.
