Hi, I'd like to install this software on a local apache server, but the installation process it's quite messy. Would anyone make an ebuild for it? Thanks!

Ok, sorry, I'm still not too good with bugzilla :) Parlement is a multi-purpose collaborative portal (blog, online journal, chat, self-moderated forum, automatic mailing list) incredibly simple to use and configure and, especially, based on Direct Democracy principles: everyone can "vote" for each message. Also, you can create infinite sublevels for your message -so generating your own blog/forum/chat room inside the portal- and you can subscribe to a message as you would do with a common mailing list. It's written in Ruby-on-trail. The homepage where you can see a working copy is here: http://leparlement.org. The URL above instead links to the freshmeat page, with codes and everything.
