Cédric will be joining us to help with bug squashing for netmon

He is known as cedk on freenode and already a trusted committer on sunrise, where he did a good job as well already.

I (jokey) will be mentoring him.

We reviewed both quizes today and I will make my decision after he has sent the quizes again to [e-mail] based on the review session.

Ok. I approved cedk. Following things done:
1. LDAP
2. Bugzie
3. -core access
4. #gentoo-dev access

Needs to be done:
1. gentooAccess (kloeri)
2. irc mask (christel)
3. lark groups
4. announcement 

cedk:
After you can login to dev.gentoo.org please copy your ssh2 public key to .ssh/authorized_keys to get cvs working. You also need to subscribe to mailing lists other than -core with your gentoo.org email if you want to. Forums status bump you can request from amne or tomk.
