Created ebuild for Pd version 0.41-0 test 04 

I named it beta4, hope this is right, as i don't think that this is a prerelease or alpha.

Bumped to 0.40_p3, hope it works for you, as upstream configures and makefiles are a mess I had to include 8KB patch to sort some of it out, and it's still ugly, thanks for reporting & ebuilds.

pd-0.30_p3 works for me but it did not install the documentation/help into /usr/lib/pd/doc where puredata is expecting it. In fact it did install it into /usr/share/pd.

So either another path setting in pd has to be patched or the documentation should be put into /usr/lib/pd/doc.
