ln has multiple errors woth write permissions and finding files, ps segfaults,
get kernel INIT spawn too fast errors

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the new  gcc-3.2.2_pre20030131 ebuild (not masked on ~x86)
2. Reboot
3. Cry

Actual Results:

let me boot into my system...

have you enabled grsec in the kernel ?

fixed, it turned out to be problems with where etc-upade put its temp files.
