Katoob is a light weight, multi lingual, BIDI-aware text editor. It supports opening and saving files in multiple encodings. The main support is for Arabic language, But language specific features can be added.

app-editors/katoob-0.3.8 is already in the tree .. this ebuild is for the new version 0.5.3

An ebuild for katoob-0.5.4 is now in the tree.
