ifc does not install the debugger idb.  I dont know if this is a feature. It looks like some of this got lost in the mix since there are parts of the ebuild which refer to idb.

Having pulled down 135MB into distdirs it seems a shame not to have it , at least as a USE option.

modified ebuild to install idb

I took the standard ebuild and fixed a few errors so that it will install idb.  Works for me anyway.

Debugger is now installed with dev-lang/idb
