dev-cpp/cairomm-1.2.2 depends unconditionally on doxygen, which is used only to build the documentation. The ebuild should use the "doc" use-flag, as dev-cpp/glibmm does, for example.

Any reason why this isn't fixed yet? I think the attached patch changes more than is necessary.

Agreed, only the dependency needs changing, the rest of the patch should not be applied since the use_enable way of doing things is the future.
