Description Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-10-14 18:34:50 UTC
After unmerging dev-libs/lzo-1.08-r1 (nothing depends on it), I get:

$ revdep-rebuild -pv
<snip>
Checking dynamic linking consistency...
  broken /usr/lib/libquicktime/lqt_ffmpeg.so (requires  liblzo.so.1)
  broken /usr/lib/libquicktime/lqt_ffmpeg.la (requires /usr/lib/liblzo.la)
</snip>

$ scanelf -n /usr/lib/libquicktime/lqt_ffmpeg.so

Comment 1 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-10-15 00:51:06 UTC
Hmmm, after re-emerging the same version without lzo-1 installed, those files are gone?!? Hmmmm...

<<<        obj /usr/lib/libquicktime/lqt_ffmpeg.so
<<<        obj /usr/lib/libquicktime/lqt_ffmpeg.la
<<<        obj /usr/lib/libquicktime/lqt_ffmpeg.a
Comment 2 Alexis Ballier gentoo-dev 2006-12-12 12:43:33 UTC
Not reproducible with 0.9.10,
Comment 3 Matthias Schwarzott gentoo-dev 2007-01-09 11:00:13 UTC
Closing this as libquicktime-0.9.10 already has all keywords version 0.9.9 has.
If problem still exists, please reopen this bug.
