There are two servers listed for Russia at http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml:

http://mirror.aiya.ru/pub/gentoo/
ftp://mirror.aiya.ru/pub/gentoo/
http://ftp.citkit.ru/pub/Linux/gentoo
ftp://ftp.citkit.ru/pub/Linux/gentoo

None of them are working now. ftp.citkit.ru has not been working for a long time (several months at least) - host 'ftp' does not even exist for this domain. Aiya.ru just does not answer, I noticed it 2 days ago, hope it will come up again.

Apologies on the long response, these mirrors are still not showing any life. I am removing them from our mirror listing.
